Good Morning! I'm so excited to connect with you again! So grateful to have the opportunity to share what's happening in my life. This spring and summer has been a time of serious renewal and growth for myself and those around me. I always knew running a business is no joke. I come from a very entrepreneurial family and have run other small businesses. I always thought having one just wasn't for me. It's lots of hours of work, planning, and stress that most people will never see or should have a clue about. "Too much stress, too much hassle."- I've always told myself. Needless to say taking over an existing business has been a serious learning experience. Frankly, I thought I could just simply copy my dear mentor Paula's recipe for success in every way and continue to reap the rewards of her hard work. Well, come to find out it doesn't quite work that way. Not for this business and not even for my skin. I'm learning things about myself regularly as well. Especially how to deal with difficult situations and emotions. I'm learning to overcome feeling so overwhelmed and anxious at times. I'm learning that for this endeavor to succeed I need to infuse this practice with more of myself and start blending in what works for me from my decades old arsenal of knowledge and training. I'm seeing this practice needs that peppy zany funny skincare and beauty nerd that had people in spa-world coming back and recommending friends and family inspite of her imperfections. Oh, how the universe will always lead us to the lessons we need to master! So I've been taking a few moments to breath, to remember what I was I taught by somebody you all know well. That patience is a virtue and that I need to exercise that muscle- especially on myself. I know learning anything takes time and discipline to create a system that works and that will allow me to get better and better every day at what I'm learning. This reminds me of you my clients. When you come in to see me and I teach you about your individual skin type. How to implement a tailored regimen that works specifically for your skin, we talk about a daily regimen and how to utilize products in a more effective way. Soon after they find themselves forgetting about their spf, and even having to reschedule sessions. I'm not as bothered by it because I truly understand it. I'm told it takes 21 days to create a habit. Did you know that? As I'm writing this I am reminded to continue to push myself to do something new everyday. Pushing myself past these introverted boundaries I've developed recently towards something new, perhaps back to who I've always been. Am I expecting myself to know things right away? Putting pressure on myself and chastise myself if I forget something? Or stop doing the things that will make me feel good and support me through this journey? Actually yes, and I think most of us do sometimes. It happens to all of us really. I've been going through these changes myself these months and I wanted to share it with you, because I know that at some point we all go through challenging times, and we can easily forget to be loving and patient towards ourselves. We rarely express this sort of experience with others, or gift ourselves the opportunity to enjoy the experience. In the midst of all this, I'm regularly reminded that I am ready, and that is all working out even if slowly. I've recently had completely new clients find me out of the blue. Actually tracked me down based on referrals from past positions. They tell me how much the friend or family member loved me and still rave. So they had to try me for themselves. What better proof that the energy you release into the world isn't always forgotten? Even after years what you put out into the world can return to you manifested to a greater degree. To think this has only been six months in! And that this is is still just the beginning. In the meantime, may you be as equally rewarded on your own journeys.

Hope to see you soon, Best regards, Norma R. Nuñez LE New treatments, new ways book services, and place orders.
